Kitty Playtime Double Sided Acrylic Charm

Kinda bummed. I’ve been a recurring customer of Devious Drawing—purchasing their products at conventions and ordering online. I’ve really taken a liking to collecting their keychains. But the one I just received was covered in scratches, the acrylic was smudged, and the ring was nearly open, making the clasp loose. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, and I understand it’s a small business. I still love this company and the art they provide, but I do have certain expectations based on my past purchases.
