Terms of Service & Shipping

Returns & Exchanges:
It is our full responsibility to ensure all items arrive undamaged via secure packaging.
If you have any issues with your order please feel free to message us so we can come to a resolve.

Processing:
All orders may take up to 1-4 processing days before they have been shipped out unless otherwise stated. Please feel free to contact us if your order does not update within a week. 

Shipment:
We are not responsible for missing orders that have been shipped out with a tracking number after it has been accepted by your shipping provider. Once an item has been shipped out and scanned in by your selected shipping provider, there is not much I can do on my end regarding any shipping issues. 
Please contact your shipping provider with the tracking number that is provided if you run into an issue with your parcel. Insurance is available at checkout for selected shipping providers.
